At 3A Adventure, honesty, trust, and communication are the cornerstones of our operations. This document outlines our Terms and Conditions, which define our partnership and provide you with the required clarity regarding our services, as well as your expectations and obligations as a traveler.
Kindly note that these are the terms you accept upon booking a trip with us, which are best understood when read in detail.
Confirming your booking in a trek or a tour with us requires a small deposit. This payment is the booking deposit. With it, we can arrange permits, accommodation, and guides well in advance. For the majority of our clients, this deposit is made with their final payment, which is made upon arriving in Nepal, before the start of the trip. And for clients booking online, payment options will be shared for the deposit.
In our experience, life does not always go as planned. Cancelling does not entitle a traveler to automatic refunds. Each case will be assessed on its own merits.
Nepal’s mountains are incredibly beautiful but very unpredictable. Bad weather, landslides, strikes, or health changes may require the original itinerary to be altered. As always, our guides will make all the decisions, prioritizing your safety.
We ask for your cooperation in understanding that changes may occur, but rest assured, we do our best to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
Each individual must have a policy that covers high-altitude trekking, emergency evacuations, accidents, and medical treatment. This isn’t just a formality but rather something that will safeguard your safety and promote peace of mind.
We expect integrity from you regarding your health and fitness for the trip you are selecting. Different treks have different levels of difficulty, and as such, you will be asked to choose a trek that will best suit your abilities.
Should you have any medical issues, it is your responsibility to disclose that information to us before making a reservation. Our team will ensure to recommend the best trek that will suit your skills.
Nepal is one of the safest countries to travel to, but its remote trekking areas have a fair share of natural risks, such as altitude sickness, shifting weather, and difficult pathways. Booking a package with us means you understand the risks and travel at your own risk. Our staff is capable of dealing with emergencies, and we provide as much protection as we can.
Generally, our packages cover accommodation, meals during the trek, guides, porters, and necessary permits. However, we do not cover expenses such as meals taken during the trek, hot showers, showers, the internet, personal equipment, and souvenirs.
At 3A Adventure, we hold Nepal’s traditions and natural environment in high regard. For this reason, we urge our clients to observe local traditions, dress modestly in the villages, and not throw trash. “Take only memories, leave only footprints” is a motto we practice and support.
We can arrange group trips as well as private treks. For group trips, we encourage some level of cooperation and collaboration. For private treks, our guide will adjust the pace and itinerary to bring you the most comfort.
During the trip, you are free to raise any complaints or feelings of dissatisfaction to the guide, and we ask that you do so right away. Many issues can be addressed and fixed right away. After the trip, we would like to have your suggestions as those will help us enhance our services to our clients.
From the first contact until you are back at home, we will provide you with accurate information, a warm reception, complete assistance, and professional service. We provide you with a warm reception, professional service. Our responsibility is not only to take you for a trek, but to ensure you will have great memories to cherish for the rest of your life.
When you book a trip with 3A Adventure, you are not only reserving a trek; you are joining our family. We welcome you, and we will treat you as a friend. These Terms and Conditions are designed to make the understanding of both parties easy, straightforward, and balanced.
We hope the most for your safety, your comfort, and your well-being.
